Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot water

Directions:

  1. Brown butter lightly in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat. Add sugar, hot water, half-and- half, and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
