Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Vampire's Blood: Pour corn syrup into a shallow bowl.
  2. Add food coloring, and stir.
  3. Dip the rim of a clear glass goblet into syrup mixture.
  4. (or champagne glasses) Turn glass upright so syrup drips down sides; let set for 1 minute.
  5. To make Champagne: Fill prepared glass 3/4 full of seltzer.
  6. Add a splash of cranberry or apple juice.
  7. Serve.
