Tuna Ritz Appetizers

Ingredients:

  • 1 (400 g) can canned tuna (1 big tin)
  • 4 tbsp mango chutney (or until it mixes well)
  • 400 g ritz crackers (just 1 packet will do)

Directions:

  1. Drain tuna and place in a small bowl.
  2. Add chutney and mix until it is good enough to get a taste of chutney on every mouthful.
  3. Drop 1 tsp onto each cracker.
  4. Serve.
