Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend tomatoes, cilantro, onion, lime juice, jalapenos, garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper. Cook couscous according to package directions and use chicken broth instead of water. When the couscous is done, mix 1 cup of the fresh salsa into the couscous. Salt and pepper again to taste. Add more or less of the fresh salsa according to taste.
