Tarragon-Basil Vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 4 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 cup packed basil leaves

Directions:

  1. In large pot set over medium-high heat, bring vinegar to boil.
  2. Divide tarragon and basil between 2 decorative half-pint jars.
  3. Pour hot vinegar over herbs.
  4. Cap jars and let stand at room temperature 48 hours.
  5. Remove herbs.
