Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice 1/2 inch off both ends of onion.
  2. Pierce onion skin in several places with a sharp knife.
  3. Place onion in microwave-proof bowl.
  4. Add a bit of water. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes until soft.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. When cooled, peel and place in food processor.
  7. Puree until smooth.
  8. Add remaining ingredients and process until combined and smooth.
