Super Fast, Easy and Yummy Fudge

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat heavy pot on stove over low heat.
  2. Add chips and milk and stir until melted.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Remove fudge from heat.
  5. Add nuts and currants (I just added nuts - my preference - although food network adds currants also).
  6. Place in greased cake pan.
  7. Garnish immediately since fudge will set quickly - need to work quickly. (I did not add any garnish and just cut into squares which still was a huge hit).
  8. Cover and chill in refrigerator just for about 1 - 2 hours.
