  1. In skillet, brown sausage & drain grease. Dump cheese into crockpot with the cans of Ro-tel and add sausage. Stir until blended, after cheese has melted, stir again and set crockpot on low.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or bagel rounds. Stays hot in crockpot.
  3. VARIATION: use 2 lbs. ground beef and Taco Seasoning Mix (your own or store bought.) Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning. Add into crockpot with Ro-tel and Velvetta.
