  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix muffin ingredients andpourinto greased mini muffin tin. Bake 10 minutes mix glaze ingredients. Dip warm muffins into glaze and place on rack to drain. Can be frozen.
  2. Make 80-90 mini muffins
