Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup splenda
  • 2 sugar free premade pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat with handmixer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Divide and pour into pie crusts.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake at 250 for 1 hour.
  6. Let cool, top with your favorite fruit topping.
  7. Pie can be frozen and defrosted for later consumption.
