Sugar Free Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Grease baking dish (dishes - I use 4 individual ramekins, but could also be 9x13 pan).
  3. Crack & whip eggs.
  4. Add applesauce, oil and splenda.
  5. Mix in milk, baking powder, vanilla & cinnamon.
  6. Add oats & raisins - stir well.
  7. Pour into pan(s).
  8. Bake for 35 minutes - until set.
  9. You can also enjoy with any other type of dried or fresh fruit mixed.
  10. Serve with cream and splenda - Enjoy!
