  1. Melt butter in skillet and saute celery and onion. Add mushrooms, saute a few minutes longer. Add bread and seasonings. Add beaton egg last. Can be refrigerated. Stuff only before baking . Stuff lightly. If moister stuffing is preffered add water or extra eggs.
