Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath (by indirect heating).
  2. Stuff the de-seeded dates with peanuts or almonds.
  3. Dip the dates, one by one, in melted hot chocolate.
  4. Remove them using a fork.
  5. Place them in a bowl of either icing sugar or coconut powder or cashewnut powder.
  6. Gently roll the dates.
  7. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to harden the chocolate coating.
  8. Remove them from the bowl and serve.
