1. Make a syrup by mixing up water, corn syrup, and sugar together in a pot and heating over medium heat until syrupy.
2. Then mash up strawberries and strain into a bowl through a cheesecloth. You should have about 1 1/2 cups of juice.
3. Add your strawberry juice and lemon juice to the cooled syrup and freeze in a metal loaf pan covered tightly with foil.
