Steve's Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut bacon into small (1/2 inch wide) chunks and cook until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, egg, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix in soup mix, bread crumbs and steak seasoning.
  5. Form mixture into a loaf and place in 9X5 inch loaf pan. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake 375 F for 45 minutes, Remove foil and continue baking another 10 minutes.
  7. Turn off oven, cover top of meatloaf with shredded cheese and put back in oven till cheese is all melted.
  8. Remove from oven and ENJOY!
