Ingredients:

  • 2 lb yellow crook neck squash, cooked
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Smash squash with potato masher and mix in melted butter set aside
  2. Beat together all other ingredients and add squash to mixture
  3. Pour into a greased 10 inch square baking dish
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
