Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, and egg.
  2. Add flour gradually, as well as baking powder and vanilla.
  3. Divide dough into 4 parts. Shape each part into a roll about 12" long.
  4. Place 4" apart on baking sheets, and 2" from edges.
  5. Make a depression down the center and fill with jam.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Drizzle powdered sugar frosting over each part, then cut diagonally while still warm.
