Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat theoil onhigh in a medium sized frying pan
  2. Add and fry the rice until it just starts to brown (don't overcook)
  3. Add the tomato sauce, and stick, stir.
  4. Add the garlic and onion, stir.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the water cooks off (about 40 minutes) stirring occasionally.
