Directions:

  1. Place cucumber in a colander over a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Leave to drain for 10 minutes.
  2. Gently squeeze out the excess liquid, then place the cucumbers in a bowl.
  3. Dressing:
  4. Combine the lemon and orange juice, orange flower water, and sugar.
  5. Pour over the cucumbers and toss well to mix.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cover and chill for one hour.
