Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 10 quarts tomatoes
  • 3 large green peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Cook Tomatoes and put through Colender.
  2. Boil Tomato Juice and all other Ingrediants for 1 hour stirring constantly.
  3. Remove Bay Leaves.
  4. Put in Jars and Water Bath for 15 Minutes.
