Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Icing ingredients:
  2. Combine in a small saucepan; stir over low heat until melted &
  3. Smooth.
  4. Spread onto the bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Filling ingredients:
  7. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat;
  8. Stir in the Marshmallow Crème, peanut butter & vanilla extract. Add peanuts.
  9. Spread over first layer. Refrigerate until set.
  10. Carmel Layer ingredients:
  11. Combine caramels & cream in a saucepan;
  12. Stir over low heat until melted & smooth. Spread over the filling. Refrigerate until set.
  13. Icing ingredients:
  14. Combine chips & peanut butter; stir over low heat until melted &
  15. Smooth.
  16. Pour over the caramel layer.
  17. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  18. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in the refrigerator. Yields about 8 dozen.
