Directions:

  1. Smothered Chicken
  2. Tablespoon veg. oil
  3. /4 c. each finely chopped: onion, green pepper, & celery
  4. Lb. skinless whole chicken breasts or thighs
  5. Pkg. McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix
  6. Oz. can evaporated milk
  7. Heat oil over med.-high heat. Add onion, green peppers, and celery.
  8. Saute 2 minutes or until veg. are crisp tender.
  9. Add chicken and cook 6 - 7 minutes per side or until browned.
  10. Combine mushroom gravy and milk. Stir in chicken mixture. Bring to
