Directions:

  1. Slow Cooker Mexican Beef Soup
  2. Lb. Beef Stew Meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  3. Ounces beef broth
  4. Cups water
  5. Ounces Mexican style chunky tomato sauce
  6. Tsp. ground cumin
  7. /4 tsp. seasoned salt
  8. /4 tsp. pepper
  9. /2 tsp. garlic powder
  10. Lb. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  11. Can of corn
  12. /2 cup sour cream
  13. Combine stew beef, broth, water, tomatoes and spices in an electric
  14. Slow cooker on low heat. Cover and cook 8 to 8 1/2 hours, or until
  15. Beef is tender. Increase heat to high. Stir in remaining ingredients,
  16. Except sour cream. Cover and heat another 10-20 minutes until hot.
  17. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
