Slightly Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp yeast (or as needed)
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Warm ingredients are best.
  2. Put ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Except that I put the raisins in at the start of the mixing.
  3. Use the normal bread cycle.
