Simply Sweet Molten Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 squares of sem-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Butter 4 3/4-cup custard cups, place on baking sheet.
  3. Microwave choclate and butter in large bowl on high 1 minute or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir in sugar until well blended, whisk in eggs and yolks, then flour.
  6. Diveide batter between prepared custard cups.
  7. Bake for 13 to 14 minutes or until sides are firm, but centers are soft. Let stand 1 minute.
  8. Carefully run knife around cakes to loosen, invert onto serving dishes, serve immediately.
  9. Sift a little powdered sugar on top and garnish with fresh raspberries or strawberries.
