Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wet the rim of a martini glass by dipping it in a shallow plate filled with 1 ounce of lemon juice.
  2. Dip the glass into the superfine sugar and set aside.
  3. Combine the Calvados, Cointreau, and 1 ounce lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Strain into the martini glass.
