Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put muffins on plate and top with three slices Canadian bacon, and two slices of cheese.
  2. Prepare Hollandaise according to package directions.
  3. When sauce is made, add peas, spices, nuts and simmer for just a minute or two.
  4. Add shrimp to sauce and just warm them through.
  5. Don't cook very long as the shrimp will be tough.
  6. Ladle sauce generously over the muffins and serve.
