Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. small or salad shrimp precooked
  • 2 cups mayonnaise or to taste
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup diced onion

Directions:

  1. Thaw shrimp
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions
  3. Dice celery and onions
  4. Add celery and onions to cooked pasta.
  5. Add mayonnaise
  6. Mix together.
  7. Add shrimp and mix well.
  8. Chill.
  9. Enjoy
