Short Cut Cake Mix Yeast Doughnuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. 1.Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. 2.Add cake mix and flour.
  3. 3.Dough will be soft, mix well.
  4. 4.Let rise about 1 hr.
  5. 5.Roll out on floured counter, cut.
  6. 6.Let rise 30- 45 min.
  7. 7.Fry in vegetable oil.
  8. 8.Glaze while warm with: Powder sugar glaze.
