raspberry sorbet (i used president s choice fat free raspberry gelato and it worked great) or 2 cups sherbet (i used president s choice fat free raspberry gelato and it worked great), cold milk, instant vanilla pudding (or try chocolate for an extra special treat!), cool whip, thawed, raspberries
