plain fat-free yogurt (i like strawberry), jello gelatin (a flavor to go with yogurt), fat-free cool whip, thawed, fat-free graham cracker crust

fiber 1 cereal, land o lakes whipped light butter, melted, sugar-free jello, cool whip free, sliced strawberry (to garnish ) (optional)

instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (i used jello-o brand, use fat-free, sugar-free if desired), crushed pineapple in juice, undrained, thawed whipped topping (i used cool whip brand, use light if desired), prepared round angel food cake (i bought a prepared 1 at wal-mart that was 15 oz and it worked out fine), strawberries, for garnish (optional)
