any packaged pancake mix, eggs , at least, milk, sour cream , sweetened w, powdered sugar, strawberry , lightly smashed w/juice (fresh or frozen)

jalapeno peppers, chopped small, yellow bell pepper, chopped small, green bell pepper, chopped small, red bell pepper, chopped small, habanero pepper, chopped very small (optional not for the faint of heart!), cooking oil, crushed red pepper flakes, white flour, chicken stock, heavy cream, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese (in any combination) or 2 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese (in any combination), salt, chicken breasts , cut into cubes, prepared rice (i like to use chicken stock instead of water), prepared crepes (recipe below )
