boneless beef cubes or 2 1/2 lbs stew meat or 2 1/2 lbs boneless chuck roast, cut into cubes, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, beef stroganoff seasoning, sour cream, egg noodles, cooked and drained, fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)

chuck roast, cubed in 2-3 inch cubes, approx 6 oz uncooked wide egg noodles, condensed mushroom soup, beef broth , fill empty can with warm water and add to crock pot., sour cream, salt , pepper to taste
