sourdough loaf, italian salad dressing , the v and o kind not the creamy kind, fresh spinach leaves, stems removed , can sub baby spinach if preferred, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded swiss cheese (can sub provolone or colby-monterey jack cheese, if preferred), red onion, thinly sliced, deli turkey , thin slices, tomato, thinly sliced, cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

bean dip or refried beans - i use low-fat refried beans for a healthlier option., carton of sour cream, mayonaise, taco seasoning, onion or several green s, tomato, diced or sliced black olives, longhorn , pepper jack, or montoray jack cheese - you can use pre-grated cheese but i think grating my own is a cheaper and fresher alternative., carton of guacomoli dip - you can make your own if you d like. this is an option i often leave out because our family doesn tsp care for it.
