4 pear yam Recipes

fresh lemon juice, ripe medium pears, peeled, quartered, and cored, fresh tangerine juice, chopped crystallized ginger, organic brown sugar, unsalted butter, slightly softened, kosher salt , to taste, freshly ground black pepper , to taste

olive oil, stewing beef , cut into cubes, tomatoes, peeled ,seed and chopped (i usually skip the peeling part), onions, chopped, green pepper, chopped, garlic, minced, bay leaves, dry oregano, salt and pepper, chicken stock or 2 cups chicken broth, white wine, sweet potatoes or 3 yams, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, ears corn, husked and cut into 1 inch thick slices, zucchini , cut into 1/2 inch slices, pears, peeled,cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, peaches, peeled,pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes (can subsitute frozen, thawed peaches)
