ground beef, creamy ranchero tomatoe soup (if you can tsp get that you can use regular tomato soup), pace chunky salsa, corn tortillas or flour tortillas (6 to 8 inches) (we like the corn because the flour tends to get pastey) cut into 1 inch pieces, shredded cheddar cheese, substitute 2 1/2 cups corsely crumbled tortilla chips for the tortillas, also a good way to use up the last of that bag of chip where they are broken too small to dip.

rotini noodles, sausage (cooked , drained of all grease and crumbled) or 1 lb ground beef (cooked, drained of all grease and crumbled), sweet onion (diced ), taco seasoning or 1 tbsp chili powder, pace thick & chunky salsa, nacho cheese , dip (i use the queso dip by old el paso), seasoned salt, salt and pepper, garlic granules or 1 tsp garlic powder, cayenne pepper (optional) or 1 tsp emeril s original essence (optional), shredded monterey jack cheese
