lump crabmeat, heavy cream (you may need to use a little more), dijon mustard, mayonnaise, old bay seasoning, breadcrumbs , crushed saltines (energ gluten free also work well), egg, beaten

crabmeat (back fin is the best quility), finly diced onion, finley diced red pepper (bell), fresh breadcrumbs (seasoned stuffing mix will work 1/2 cup of mayo 1/4 cup of softened cream cheese 1 tbsp dijon mustard), cayenne pepper, salt, vegetable oil
