corned beef, cream cheese, softened, german mustard (or any hearty, flavorful mustard), dill havarti cheese, shredded, fresh, jarred or bagged saurkraut (i wouldn tsp recommend canned), very, very well drained, rye cracker crumbs (i used a product called crisp bread: please see my photo under the main), olive oil to spritz, optional, island dressing for dipping : i used this 1! 1000 island dressing

shredded cabbage, shredded lettuce, thousand island dressing, & dip, caraway seed, sliced corned beef, chopped, hardboiled egg, sliced, shredded swiss cheese (4 oz), crouton (optional)

sauerkraut, corned beef, finely chopped (i got mine from the deli and whirred it around in my food processor for a few seconds), swiss cheese, finely grated, egg, plain breadcrumbs, thousand island dressing, for dipping, your favorite batter , for deep frying
