8 great traditional Recipes

dried navy beans (or great northern beans), salt, bay leaf, dry mustard, brown sugar, onion, diced, ham bone, cooked ham, diced, tomato juice (may need more or less)

margarine or 1/4 cup butter, seasoning salt, worcestershire sauce, chex cereal , your favourite, salted nuts, pretzel stick

mashed potatoes (real, not fake, leftovers work great), all-purpose flour (i ve never tried any other kind, so i don tsp know how well it would work)

frozen mckenzie s corn (comes in a tube package), self-rising buttermilk corn meal mix (martha white is great!), unsalted butter, melted, oil, half and half, eggs, slightly beaten, green chilies, sprinkle of paprika , added to top of casserole

potatoes, chopped, onion, chopped, stalks celery, sliced, carrot, grated, water, butter, milk, evaporated milk, paprika (for garnish )

dried beef, cream of mushroom soup (reduced sodium works great ), whole milk, butter, white pepper, toasted bread (rye is great but white is traditional)
