chicken breast fillets, vegetable oil, brown onion, finely diced, celery, finely diced, gluten-free soy sauce or 1 tbsp braggs liquid aminos, egg, lightly beaten, salt , to taste, pepper , to taste, soy sauce , gluten-free or 3 tbsp braggs liquid aminos, oyster sauce , gluten-free, rice wine or 2 tbsp dry sherry, toasted sesame seeds

tofu, extra-firm, onion, chopped fine, soy sauce , gluten-free, peanut butter , no sugar added is best, breadcrumbs , gluten-free, rice flour , to roll the balls in, oil , to fry the balls in

firm tofu, drained , blotted, and mashed, quick oats, uncooked (make gluten free by changing to cooked rice or rice flakes or crushed corn flakes), braggs liquid aminos or 2 tbsp soy sauce, fresh parsley, minced, onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, nutritional yeast, sesame oil (or any oil for frying)
