corn flakes, seasoned dry bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, skim milk, egg, chicken breast (without skin )

chicken, bone-in (with or without skin ), italian dressing , we like wishbone, corn flake crumbs

russet or red potatoes, cut into large chunks with or without the skin, sour cream, butter at room temperature, bundles of chives or scallions, finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste, oil for frying (i use veg. oil or corn oil)
