4 fiesta chicken tel Recipes

cubed cooked chicken (i use frozen fajita chicken, cooked per package instructions), shredded cheese (i like to use 1/2 fiesta blend mexican cheese, 1/2 cheddar), cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, ro-tel tomatoes, diced green chilies, dozen flour tortilla , each cut into 6 triangular wedges (8 inch)

black beans, chicken broth, tomatoes with chilies (aka ro-tel) i use the milder for my daughter, rice , basmati is a great choice, some cheese , i use the fiesta blend
