defrosted chicken breasts or 20 frozen chicken wings, flour, paprika, salt, whole wheat bread or 4 whole wheat rolls, for sandwiches, olive oil (for frying ), butter, melted (we use i can tsp believe its not butter, really no difference in taste), frank red hot sauce, garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, minced very fine, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes , depending how much heat you want, to taste, sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce, bleu cheese salad dressing (optional)

shredded cooked chicken (i used a store-bought rotisserie or roasted chicken), butter, softened, honey hamburger buns, split, hot sauce, garlic, minced, parsley flakes, romaine lettuce, shredded, tomato, diced, bleu cheese salad dressing (i use kraft s chunky style)

boneless skinless chicken breasts, buffalo wing sauce, bleu cheese salad dressing, american cheese, hard crusty rolls

whole wheat sandwich wrap, tomato , slices, chopped lettuce, extra firm tofu, ranch dressing or 2 tbsp bleu cheese salad dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo , sauce, hot sauce (optional)

eggs, hard boiled,cooled and peeled, celery, diced, crumbled bacon, diced scallion, bleu cheese salad dressing, lettuce, tomato, rolls or bread, of choice
