Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage and drain well; shred cheeses.
  2. Roll out bread, one loaf at a time.
  3. Spread each with about 1/3 of sausage and 1/3 of cheese, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Roll up the dough and close the ends.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter. Wrap in foil and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
  6. You can freeze these and cook later.
  7. My notes: I also cooked some chopped onion and garlic with the sausage.
  8. I've never frozen them, so I don't know how long you'd cook them if they were frozen, or if you'd thaw them first.
