Directions:

  1. Cut the salami into quarters
  2. Cut thin, lengthwise slices from each of the pickles to make a smooth base
  3. With the tip of of a knife, cut out a wedge shape strip on top side each pickle
  4. Fill the hollow with cheese
  5. Insert a quarter slice salami in to cheese to form a sail
  6. Makes 3 dozen
