Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Layers
  2. St layer
  3. In a doube boiler place:
  4. /2 cup butter
  5. /4 cup sugar
  6. Egg
  7. Tbsp cocoa
  8. Tsp vanilla
  9. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly
  10. Fold in 2 cups crushed graham cracker and 1 cup shredded coconut
  11. Spread in the bottom of a rectangular baking sheet
  12. Place in refrigerator to cool
  13. Nd layer
  14. /4 cup melted butter
  15. Tbsp milk
  16. Tbsp instant vanilla pudding
  17. Cups powdered sugar
  18. Mix well
  19. Spread as second layer in rectangular baking sheet - place in FREEZER to cool
  20. Rd layer
  21. In a saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 lb chocolate
  22. Melt
  23. Spread as top layer in the rectangular dish
  24. These can be kept at room temp, in refrigerator or frozen
