Reverse Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  2. Cook noodles, drain.
  3. Saute onions and garlic for several minutes. Add zucchini. Add frozen veggies, slightly defrosted. Heat until desired tenderness (but remember, will still cook in the oven).
  4. Combine soup, milk, lemon juice, tuna, salt, and pepper. Add cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
  5. Mix noodles and vegetable mix. Stir in sauce.
  6. Place in 9x13 pan. Top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Cook for approx 20 min.
