Directions:

  1. Refreshing Daiquiri Salad
  2. Ounces cream cheese, softened
  3. /3 cup sour cream
  4. Large can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed
  5. (4 ounce) box instant lemon pudding
  6. (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  7. Ounces Cool Whip, thawed
  8. Mix all ingredients well, and pour into an 8-inch square pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
  9. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Cut and serve.
