Directions:

  1. Ranch Stir-Fried Carrots and Garden Vegetables
  2. C. fresh baby carrots, sliced in half, lengthwise
  3. Small yellow onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  4. Cup broccoli florets, sliced into bite-size pieces
  5. Red bell pepper, stem removed, seeded, and sliced
  6. Tablespoons olive oil
  7. Pkt(1 ounce) Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
  8. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  9. Add veggies and stir-fry about 2 minutes making sure the veggies are well coated in the oil.
  10. Add the Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix and continuously stir-fry about 8 more minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender
