Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse and remove any stones from the beans
  2. Cover beans with water and bring to a boil (always keep covered with water)over medium heat (low boil)
  3. Add onion garlic and bacon
  4. Cook until tender. If you add more water it makes a great bean soup, less water it makes an outstanding side dish.
